At 14:30, the Chongqing Hydrological Monitoring Station announced that according to the forecast of the Upstream Hydrological Bureau of the Yangtze River Commission, due to heavy rainfall, Wuxi Daning River Wuxi Station will experience a significant water rise in the next 6 hours, with the highest water level approaching the warning level (210.30 meters), an increase of about 4.0-4.5 meters. The Hydrological and Upstream Bureau of the Yangtze River Commission has issued a blue flood warning, and relevant units and the public along the river need to strengthen prevention and timely avoid danger.

At 3:30 pm on September 28th, the Chongqing Hydrological Monitoring Station issued a yellow warning for the Tangxi River flood in Yunyang County. It is expected that there will be a significant water rise at the Tangxi River estuary station in Yunyang County in the next 3 hours, with the highest water level exceeding the warning level (175.80 meters) by 0.1-0.6 meters, an increase of about 2.4-2.9 meters.
