According to the Ministry of Commerce's announcement on July 10th, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs announced the implementation of a temporary ban on the export of helium gas in Announcement No. 29 of 2026. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs have decided to implement a temporary ban on the export of helium gas (Customs commodity number: 2804290010). This announcement shall come into effect from the date of publication, and any subsequent adjustments will be announced separately.
