From January to May, all regions and departments conscientiously implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, adhered to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, implemented more proactive macro policies, and maintained rapid growth in profits of industrial enterprises above designated size, with sustained recovery of industrial enterprise benefits.
