On March 25th, Guming released its 2025 annual performance report, showing stable growth in the number of stores, single store performance, revenue, and profit.
According to the financial report, in 2025, Guming achieved a total revenue of approximately 12.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.9%; Adjusted profit (not measured by International Financial Reporting Standards) was approximately RMB 2.575 billion, a year-on-year increase of 66.9%.
By the end of 2025, the number of Guming stores will reach 13554, a net increase of 3640 compared to the end of 2024. By continuously cultivating core advantageous areas, Guming has further enhanced its store coverage density and brand influence in lower tier markets. According to the financial report, Guming's store network covers over 200 cities of different levels in China. The number of stores in second tier and below cities accounts for 82% of the total number of stores, and the proportion of township stores has increased to 44%, further deepening its layout in China's low-end market.
In 2025, Guming will continue to improve its store business performance. The daily average GMV of a single store reached about 7800 yuan, and the total GMV of stores for the whole year reached 32.732 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.1%.
In terms of products, Guming continues to increase investment in product research and development, launching 106 new products throughout 2025 and making significant progress in the coffee category. As of December 31, 2025, over 12000 Guming stores have been equipped with coffee machines and have launched 27 new coffee drinks throughout the year.
Guming drinks are also widely popular among consumers and have received widespread praise. As of December 31, 2025, the registered membership of Guming Mini Program has reached approximately 206 million, with a quarterly active membership of approximately 52 million.
Behind the fresh, delicious, high-quality and affordable products is the supply chain capability that Guming has continuously invested in for over a decade. Guming uses its own cold chain warehousing and logistics infrastructure to store and transport short shelf life beverage raw materials such as fresh fruits, tea, and fresh milk. It has also developed refined standards for each stage of supply and procurement, raw material processing, warehousing, and transportation to stores to manage the supply chain.
As of the end of 2025, Guming operates 24 warehouses with a total construction area of approximately 258000 square meters, including a cold storage capacity of over 70000 cubic meters, which can support storage needs in various temperature ranges. These warehouses can provide cold chain delivery services to approximately 98% of stores every two days as needed.
With the help of regional encryption strategy and extensive warehousing and logistics infrastructure, Guming can continuously provide fresh and high-quality ingredients to tens of thousands of stores at a relatively economical cost. By 2025, the delivery cost from Guming Warehouse to the store will be less than 1% of the total GMV.
