Nestle Group has officially released its financial report for the third quarter and first nine months of 2026. The group continues to promote a growth strategy centered on actual internal growth rate (RIG), and all regional and global direct businesses achieved positive internal growth in the third quarter, with a sustained positive growth trend. Nestl é CEO Philipp Navratil said, "Our execution is driving stronger growth. In the third quarter, the actual internal growth rate (RIG) of all regions and global direct businesses was positive, reaching 2.8%, continuing the trend of continuous improvement in recent quarters. We have reached an agreement to sell mainstream brands of vitamins, minerals, and dietary supplements (VMS), which is another important measure for us to optimize our product portfolio and focus on the most competitive business areas. In the face of a challenging external environment, we will continue to focus on creating value, adhere to strong execution, and drive sustainable growth driven by actual internal growth rates for all businesses. ”

On the overall performance level, the group achieved sales of 22.8 billion Swiss francs in the third quarter of 2026, with an organic growth rate of 4.0%, an actual internal growth rate of 2.8%, and a pricing contribution rate of 1.1%. As a core strategic market for Nestle, the growth momentum in Greater China has further increased, achieving organic growth of 4.2% in the third quarter, with an actual internal growth rate of 3.7% and a pricing contribution rate of 0.5%. The growth is partly due to the low base caused by channel inventory reduction in the same period of 2025, and partly due to the continuous improvement of core business performance. In the Asia, Oceania, and Africa regions, the organic growth rate for this quarter was 6.4%, and the actual internal growth rate increased to 5.0%, the highest single quarter actual internal growth level in the region since the first quarter of 2021.

The updated climate and nature strategy, as well as the sustainable development strategy for packaging, reflect the group's steady progress in enhancing supply chain resilience and supporting long-term business performance. At the same time, the group continues to increase investment in high growth platforms, which maintain high single digit organic growth. The core business performance has further improved this quarter.

It is worth noting that Nestle Group will participate in the 9th China International Import Expo as a "full-time student". On the occasion of the 160th anniversary of the establishment of the group, Nestl é will debut with a fully renovated booth, opening a new chapter of entry in this important milestone year. Nestle's development trajectory has always been closely linked to the Chinese consumer market and industrial upgrading process. Since 2020, Nestle has invested over RMB 6 billion in China to further expand its business, with a particular focus on high-tech and innovative areas such as infant formula and pet food. Among them, nearly 1 billion yuan has been newly invested in China since the beginning of this year, including the capacity upgrade of Nestle Qingdao factory and the automation and digitization efficiency improvement of Xufuji factory. Nestle expects these projects to bring new impetus to local economic development, people's livelihoods, and employment, promoting the diversification and sustainable development of the local food industry and consumption.
