Wang Yi said that the Palestinian issue is the longest running hot topic and the biggest historical injustice in the world since World War II. If this issue cannot be fairly resolved, the Middle East will not be able to achieve lasting peace and stability. The current situation in the Middle East remains tense, bringing new difficulties to resolving the Palestinian issue. The Palestinian issue should not be marginalized, and the world cannot forget the 2 million Palestinian people struggling on the brink of death in Gaza. Justice may be late, but it will never be absent. As a responsible major country, China will continue to stand on the side of international justice and oppressed nations, and actively speak out for the just cause of Pakistan on the multilateral stage. China will also call on all peace loving countries to firmly support the "two-state solution" and work together to promote a comprehensive, just, and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue at an early date.

Farsin expressed gratitude to China for its strong support in restoring the legitimate national rights of the Palestinian people over the long term, for speaking up for Palestine in international multilateral occasions, and for providing selfless assistance in humanitarian aid to Gaza.
