On September 29th, the launch meeting of the "Science and Technology Innovation Dream - Youth Science and Technology Literacy Training Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "Science and Technology Innovation Dream" Program) and the Social Collaborative Science and Education Ecological Exchange Conference were held in Shanghai. The event is jointly hosted by the China Science and Technology Development Foundation and Ping An China, with support from science and technology associations in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Sichuan, Shaanxi and other provinces (cities). Guests from the government, research institutes, universities, technology enterprises and education fields, as well as more than 80 youth representatives, attended. The "Science and Technology Innovation Ignites Dreams" program will help young people enter over 50 technology companies and learn about the latest scientific research progress and industry practices through special research projects, internships, and other methods, further enhancing their technological literacy.

At the kickoff meeting, Feng Shenhong, Deputy Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Party Group and Secretary of the Secretariat of the China Association for Science and Technology, attended and delivered a speech. He pointed out that youth science and technology education should open up social collaboration links, promote enterprises to open up real technology scenarios, and enable young people to carry out real practice in real problems. This is a positive response to the "Opinions on Strengthening Science and Technology Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" issued by seven departments including the Ministry of Education and the China Association for Science and Technology. Zhao Qizheng, former director of the Information Office of the State Council, director of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the 11th CPPCC National Committee, and spokesman, delivered a keynote message to the children on the spot. With the theme of "studying hard to achieve Chinese path to modernization", and in combination with the development and changes of Pudong, he encouraged young people to seize the opportunities of the times, learn scientific knowledge, and stand at the forefront of the times.

Integrating finance with technology enterprise resources, bringing technology education into the industry scene.According to Ping An's introduction, Ping An insists on doing a good job in science and technology finance, and uses comprehensive financial means to support the development of cutting-edge scientific research in China. Innovate "one enterprise, one problem" to enable young people to move from "looking at technology" to "doing technology".After the launch of the "Science and Technology Innovation Ignites Dreams" program, Ping An China will join forces with various parties to invite technology companies to open up real scenarios and topics, "enterprise problem setting, expert problem review, and youth problem solving", to understand the operation of technology companies through hands-on practice, and to assist students in their scientific and technological innovation practices at various stages of education, employment, and entrepreneurship. At the same time, the project will also gather multiple forces from scientific research, science popularization, and enterprises to form an expert organizing committee, providing professional support for proposition design, evaluation, and student guidance.

At the event, Ping An Bank and China Science and Technology Development Foundation signed a public welfare strategic cooperation agreement at the launch meeting, announcing further deepening of science and technology public welfare cooperation, collaborative empowerment, and joint construction of a new ecology of science and technology education. In the afternoon of that day, an enterprise and youth salon with the theme of "AI+Intelligent Manufacturing" empowering the development of integrated circuit industry enterprises was also held.
