Economic Observation Network According to CCTV News App, on the 31st local time, local sources in the Netherlands reported that the "Hongdius" cruise ship, which had previously experienced a deadly Hantavirus outbreak, has been declared virus free and allowed to resume operations after thorough cleaning and inspection.

The Rotterdam Rheinmonde Public Health Service Center announced that the ship has completed disinfection at the port of Rotterdam. Previously, the ship had undergone quarantine and sanitation treatment, as well as additional cleaning and disinfection.

The Dutch company "Oceanwide Exploration" is expected to resume regular sailing of the "Hondius" cruise ship on June 13th. The next planned expedition will depart from Longyearbyen on Spitsbergen Island and sail through the archipelago of the North Aix Sea.

About two weeks ago, the "Hondius" cruise ship docked at the port of Rotterdam and was disinfected under strict conditions by a professional cleaning company. After preliminary inspection, experts from the public health department believe that further cleaning is necessary. After completing additional disinfection work, the health department confirmed that all requirements had been met and the ship resumed operation "without any obstacles". 25 crew members were arranged to quarantine for several weeks after the ship arrived in Rotterdam. Most of these crew members are foreigners and are currently undergoing quarantine in a specially designed isolation cabin in the port area.
