Comrade Yan Xuedong was transferred from the President of Southwest Jiaotong University to the Secretary of the Party Committee, Comrade Wang Ping was appointed as the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Southwest Jiaotong University, and Comrade Yu Minming no longer held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Southwest Jiaotong University. Wang Ping, born in July 1969, is a graduate student with a PhD in engineering, a member of the Communist Party of China, and a professor. Formerly served as a standing committee member and vice president of the Party Committee of Southwest Jiaotong University.
