Beijing, July 10 (Xinhua) -- According to the "Shanghai Release", the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and China Logistics Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai today (July 10). Chen Jining, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met with Liu Jingzhen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Logistics Group, and his delegation.
According to the agreement, both parties will adhere to the principles of air trade leadership, global radiation, resource sharing, and win-win cooperation, rely on Shanghai's comprehensive advantages, leverage China's logistics industry advantages as a national level comprehensive logistics supply chain leading enterprise, establish a comprehensive and multi-level strategic cooperation relationship, strengthen the foundation of the industrial chain supply chain, and continue to write a new chapter of coordinated development between the central and local governments. The Shanghai Municipal Government will coordinate various resource factors and make every effort to ensure the development of various business entities of Chinese logistics in Shanghai. China Logistics will take Shanghai as an important strategic development base, promote the integration of its digital logistics and supply chain platforms into blockchain infrastructure, create a digital trust system for bulk commodity circulation that runs through the entire chain of goods warehousing, transportation, and cross-border, promote the innovation of "one unit system" for multimodal transport, and assist in the construction of Shanghai's "five centers" and high-quality development.
