According to Shanghai's announcement on July 10th, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and China Logistics Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai today (July 10th). Chen Jining, Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met with Liu Jingzhen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Logistics Group, and his delegation.
