According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, from July 6th to 10th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with China Pudong Cadre College, held a special seminar on innovation driven high-quality development in the National High tech Zone in Shanghai. Xin Guobin, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, gave a special lecture to the students.
