After verification with relevant departments of the Ministry of Education, the above statements are not true. Therefore, we hereby clarify as follows:

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Spirit of Educators and Strengthening the Construction of a High quality and Professional Teacher Team in the New Era", proposing to strengthen the training of high-level teachers, focusing on cultivating undergraduate and above level teachers for kindergartens and primary schools, and gradually realizing the cultivation of secondary school teachers mainly at the graduate level. The misinterpretation of "key training" and "gradual implementation" as mandatory regulations aimed at all and immediately implemented is a typical generalization, and relevant policy documents have never made provisions for "comprehensive master's degree" or "undergraduate students are not allowed to enter teaching positions".

The six government-sponsored normal universities implement integrated training for undergraduate and graduate students, and the reform exploration of departmental normal universities does not involve other normal universities.
