If you are looking for a job and see job descriptions like "Even college students with zero foundation can do it, and you can become a regular after completing 10 anime dramas" or "Novices can usually earn 100000 yuan for their first drama drama", wouldn't you be very tempted?
But the truth is far more cruel than you imagine: before receiving the offer letter, you were asked for a 2000 yuan "investment fee", and the salary was not seen. The "tuition fee" was spent first!
Recently, BOSS Direct Hiring revealed a typical case of "recruitment to training": a recruiter used the pretext of recruiting "AI drama generated interns" to attract job seekers to submit resumes with phrases such as "as long as they are college students, they can learn quickly", creating the illusion of "low threshold and fast money making". After adding the contact information of the job seeker, the other party further requested that the job seeker first pay 2000 yuan to "invest" in learning, and claimed that they could become a regular employee after completing 10 anime dramas, with a monthly salary of up to 8500 yuan. If the job seeker hesitates for a moment, the recruiter keeps making promises, saying that "the first drama for beginners earns over 100000 yuan, and 2000 yuan is already very cheap", trying to persuade the job seeker to pay.
This kind of tactic of "cutting leeks" with the help of AI is not an isolated case. For example, a couple who claimed to earn 2 million yuan annually through AI writing mainly relied on tuition fees paid by their students, but their account was eventually banned on WeChat. At present, many Internet platforms are continuously increasing their efforts to control the chaos of "AI cutting leeks". For example, prohibiting AI from replacing real people to send original articles and strictly investigating AI's false creation and interaction are all reducing the space for criminals to use AI concepts to make false propaganda and illegal profits.
In the job search and recruitment scene, some illegal enrollment organizations also use concepts such as "AI dramas" and "AI digital people" to package positions and induce job seekers to pay. In response to such behavior, BOSS Zhipin will continue to carry out special governance during the spring recruitment period. During this period, the platform has cumulatively banned 2335 high-risk enterprises related to illegal enrollment, and has disposed of over 12800 related risk accounts.
Popular concepts such as AI anime have become a "new coat", and the "recruitment to training" routine has been renovated with the help of the trend
From the case disclosed in the BOSS direct employment security governance announcement, it can be seen that the "recruitment to training" related scams are constantly innovating their packaging with new concepts and professions, but the core path has not changed: first attract job seekers' attention with popular positions such as "AI anime generation" and "live streaming sales", and then guide job seekers to pay under the guise of training, cooperative projects, or certification in subsequent communication.
For example, the announcement revealed that a non compliant recruitment organization posted positions such as "live streaming sales anchor/live streaming sales", falsely claiming to be able to teach job seekers how to make money through live streaming, and then inducing them to pay course training fees ranging from 99 yuan to 299 yuan. After the job seeker detects any abnormalities, the so-called "admissions teacher" will completely disappear.
Another type is to set a fee threshold based on certification. For example, a certain recruiter posted the position of "8000+accompanying physicians", and after adding the job seeker's WeChat, guided the other party to pay for registration and certification, and falsely claimed that the relevant certificate was "nationally recognized". On the surface, such statements may easily lead job seekers to mistakenly believe that "certification before employment" is a normal process, but in reality, the relevant communication has deviated from the normal recruitment logic and has a clear fee orientation.
BOSS Direct Recruitment Reminder: Any situation that requires job seekers to pay in advance before employment, or requests payment in the name of training fees, certification fees, course fees, project fees, etc., carries high risks, and job seekers need to be vigilant.
Combining online tips with offline promotion, continuously strengthening job search risk prevention reminders
In the past, illegal activities such as "recruitment and transfer training" were more common in industries such as technical training, beauty and home services, mainly because these positions usually have a certain skill threshold, and job seekers are more likely to accept the saying of "training before employment".
In order to identify and dispose of related risks as early as possible, BOSS directly employs AI models combined with manual verification to strengthen the identification, analysis, and interception of abnormal job information with enrollment orientation, fee orientation, etc. During the special period, the number of months in which non compliant positions were intercepted increased by more than 200% compared to the previous period. Especially for apprenticeship positions published by educational institutions, the platform has further increased manual review efforts to reduce opportunities for illegal enrollment organizations to reach job seekers.
In response to these high-risk job categories, the BOSS directly hired security team has increased the intensity of job information review and simultaneously added risk warnings in the communication process. A total of over 4.75 million related risk warnings have been issued, covering more than 1.58 million student groups.
In addition to strengthening online reminders, the platform has also extended risk prevention reminders from online to offline. In April, BOSS directly hired and related departments visited four universities including Beijing Peili Vocational College and Beijing Changping Vocational and Technical College to carry out job seeking safety publicity activities. BOSS Direct Recruitment has distributed a practical and easy to understand guide to identifying common scams that students are prone to encounter during the job search process. The guide focuses on breaking down typical tricks of common job search traps such as "recruitment to training" and "paid certification", reminding students to be cautious of language inducements such as "high salary easy", "zero threshold employment", "training before employment", and "employment package recommendation". The relevant person in charge of BOSS direct recruitment stated that in response to risks such as "recruitment to training", the platform will continue to upgrade its governance technology and risk identification capabilities, maintain a high-pressure governance situation against recruitment violations, and continue to strengthen coordination and linkage with various social forces to jointly maintain a more standardized, orderly, and safe job seeking and recruitment environment.
