It is mentioned that we should accelerate the breakthrough in the design of high-end general-purpose chips such as processors, memory chips, edge computing chips, actively support the development of special chips such as RISC-V (open source instruction set architecture based on the principle of reduced instruction set), vehicle specification level, display driver, sensor, optical communication, and 6G, strengthen the first round of streaming support for integrated circuit enterprises' products, and provide subsidies of no more than 50% of the cost of streaming chips for qualified related enterprises with independent intellectual property rights of 28nm and below or with greater competitive advantages.
