In the production and testing process of circuit boards, intelligent offline AXI equipment equipped with Guanlan large models can achieve high-precision automatic detection of welding defects, with a detection efficiency 80% higher than traditional methods, significantly reducing the errors and costs of manual detection. The field of new energy power is another typical scenario for the implementation of Guanlan's large-scale model, and its wind power prediction integrated machine has become a typical practical achievement. In wind farms, the future power generation of new energy stations can be calculated by predicting wind direction and speed, and every accurate 1% prediction will bring tens of thousands or millions of revenue changes. The Hikvision wind power prediction integrated machine uses self-developed time-series models and self attention mechanisms to automatically adjust model parameters, effectively reducing the accumulation of errors in long-term predictions and providing higher confidence levels for future power generation predictions. It ensures high accuracy in wind power predictions after 15 minutes, 4 hours, the next day, and the tenth day. More accurate predictions not only assist wind farms in rational production scheduling and efficient power generation, but also reduce the assessment costs of power grid management and scheduling (the more accurate the wind power prediction, the lower the assessment costs generated). Compared with the original system, the assessment costs of prediction deviation are significantly reduced. In a 300MW offshore wind farm in the East China region, the total assessment cost of power prediction deviation has been reduced by over 1.2 million yuan per year, a decrease of over 15%; In a certain 80MW high-altitude mountain wind farm in southern China, the total assessment cost of power prediction deviation has been reduced by over 800000 yuan per year, a decrease of over 46%.
