On January 6th, the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange showed that Hunan Mingming Busy Commercial Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mingming Busy") disclosed a post hearing data set, which means that Mingming Busy has passed the listing hearing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is about to become the "first stock of bulk snacks" in the Hong Kong stock market.

According to the post hearing data set, during the nine months ending September 30, 2025, Mingming achieved a retail sales volume (GMV) of 66.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 74.5%, surpassing the full year of 2024. As of September 30, 2025, the company has 19517 operating stores nationwide, covering 28 provinces and all tier cities. In September 2025, it was reported that Mingming was very busy and had signed over 20000 stores nationwide. By 2024 Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), Mingming has become the largest chain retailer of leisure food and beverage in China.

Financial data shows that in the first nine months of 2025, the company achieved a revenue of 46.371 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 75.2%; After adjustment, the net profit was 1.81 billion yuan, a significant increase of 240.8% year-on-year. The net operating cash flow for the same period reached 2.19 billion yuan. From 2022 to 2024, Mingming's busy income will soar from 4.286 billion yuan to 39.344 billion yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of 203% over three years; During the same period, the adjusted net profit increased from 81 million yuan to 913 million yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of 234.6%. From 2022 to the first nine months of 2025, the gross profit margin will steadily increase from 7.5% to 9.7%, and the adjusted net profit margin will increase from 1.9% to 3.9%. The profitability and profit certainty will continue to strengthen.
