Economic Observation Network According to the news from First Financial News, a reporter from First Financial News found out that Zhuimi Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is suing Xingyin Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (the core operating company of Xiaohongshu in China) for a reputation dispute. The case will be heard in Huangpu District People's Court in Shanghai on September 8th.

Regarding the lawsuit filed by Zhumi against Xiaohongshu, according to legal professionals close to Xiaohongshu, the lawsuit stems from Zhumi's request for the platform to cooperate in disclosing the true identity information of a certain self media user. Zhuimi believes that the user is suspected of infringement and sues the platform, which falls under the common legal procedure of "disclosing identity" in online infringement disputes. It is understood that the self media account published an article in November last year about the organizational restructuring of Zhumi.
