According to the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Trading of Convertible Corporate Bonds on the Shanghai Stock Exchange", the Shanghai Stock Exchange has decided to suspend trading of N Zhen 26 Convertible Bonds (113709) from 9:25 am on August 17, 2026, and resume trading from 2:57 pm on August 17, 2026.
