As a key environmental improvement project of Zero Magnetic Valley, the comprehensive environmental improvement and renovation project (Phase I) of Zero Magnetic Valley extends from Huilong'an Mountain in the north to the district boundary in the south, Puyan Road in the west, and Huoju Avenue in the east. It will reshape the new landscape of "science, industry, city, and people" integration through urban renewal.
The park recreational service building is a key main building in Phase I.
The management room will fully adapt to the various supporting service needs of Zero Magnetic Valley.
Based on the needs of park recreation and operational support, the total construction area of the project is about 15000 square meters, with an above ground construction area of about 8000 square meters and an underground construction area of about 7000 square meters. The project will include the construction of park service buildings, recreation buildings, post stations, management buildings, public toilets, basements and other main buildings, as well as outdoor supporting projects and retaining wall projects, and the simultaneous construction of underground civil defense projects.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
This project is another urban renewal project that lays out the Zero Magnetic Valley area, following the upgrading and renovation of Zero Magnetic Valley Street and Fuyuan River. The previously started Zero Magnetic Valley Street and Fuyuan River upgrading and renovation projects have a total length of about 2.12 kilometers, and are implemented in three integrated directions: optimizing the transportation network, ecological governance of the river, and improving the urban landscape. They promote road widening, intersection renovation, river improvement, and landscape enhancement.
With the successive implementation of multiple renovation projects, the transportation conditions, ecological foundation, and public space functions of the Zero Magnetic Valley area will continue to improve.
