To promote ecological civilization construction, we need both material and spiritual resources. The Chinese nation has always respected and loved nature. The 5000 year long Chinese civilization has nurtured a rich ecological culture, which has important implications and reference significance for building an ecological civilization and promoting modernization of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Whether it is the philosophical thought of "harmony between man and nature" and "following nature", or the classic poem of "urging people not to fight three spring birds, and the son looking at his mother in the nest", or the maxim of "one Congee and one meal, when thinking about how hard it is to come; half a thread, always thinking about how hard things are to survive", these simple and wise views of nature still give people profound warning and enlightenment.
In recent years, China has vigorously cultivated and promoted ecological culture, integrated the inheritance, dissemination, transformation, and utilization of ecological culture, accelerated the formation of a national ecological consciousness, and consolidated a broad social consensus for the comprehensive promotion of the construction of a beautiful China. The period of the 15th Five Year Plan is a critical stage for building a beautiful China, carrying forward the past and opening up the future, expanding the scope and improving the quality, and achieving fundamental improvement in the ecological environment. It puts forward new and higher requirements for deepening ecological environment publicity and education, and stimulating the endogenous power of the whole society. In this regard, it is necessary to promote the prosperity and development of ecological culture, strengthen the publicity and education of ecological civilization, comprehensively integrate ecological culture into production and life, and better form a social atmosphere where everyone, everything, every moment, and everywhere advocates ecological civilization, so that ecological culture can accumulate and become a trend.
Firstly, we should enrich the supply of ecological cultural products and services to make the cultural support for the construction of a beautiful China more solid. One is to inherit and promote the excellent traditional ecological culture of China, adhere to the "two combinations", and achieve its creative transformation and innovative development. Fully tap into the ideas and concepts of China's excellent traditional ecological culture, such as timing, quantity and geographical advantages, appropriate utilization, organic circulation, and diverse balance. Centered around important carriers such as traditional ecological cultural landscapes, ecological environment governance celebrity stories, and green and low-carbon traditional production techniques, extract the connotation and value of ecological culture, and promote the revitalization of traditional ecological wisdom in contemporary China. In addition, different ethnic groups have formed unique ecological concepts and developed different ecological cultures through long-term adaptation to nature, which also have reference value. For example, the ecological farming system of the Hani ethnic group in Yunnan, characterized by the "four elements isomorphism" of forests, villages, terraces, and water systems, demonstrates the close relationship between people and land, and people and water. The second is to conduct a survey and organization of red ecological cultural resources, sort out the red resources formed in the practice of ecological civilization construction, explain the experience and advantages of the Party leading the people to build ecological civilization, promote spiritual wealth such as the "Saihanba Spirit" and "Youyu Spirit", and convey the people's standpoint and value orientation of ecological benefits, ecological benefits, and ecological welfare for the people. The third is to launch more themed photography, painting competitions, short video collections and other activities that reflect the practice of ecological civilization construction and are popular among the masses. Ecological cultural products and services such as ecological literature, themed anime, music albums, TV documentaries, situational dramas, interactive games, etc. will be used to stimulate public emotional resonance, trigger people's ideological resonance, and lead the transformation of people's concepts.
Secondly, we should give full play to the role of cultural popularization, accelerate the formation of national ecological consciousness, and promote the popularization and rooting of green lifestyles. The vitality of ecological culture lies not only in its long historical origins and profound cultural foundation, but also in its ability to respond to the practical requirements of development, providing inspiration and mirrors for the current and future construction of ecological civilization. On the one hand, making full use of cultural centers, museums, memory centers, exhibition halls and other venues, developing ecological culture display, experience and other service functions, organically integrating ecological cultural elements into pocket parks, street corner spaces, square green spaces, etc., bringing ecological culture closer to people's daily lives, and providing convenient places for the public to learn and experience ecological culture. On the other hand, incorporating ecological civilization education into cadre education, party member education, and national education system, strengthening ecological civilization propaganda, developing ecological civilization training courses, carrying out ecological research and learning routes, and promoting the concept of ecological civilization into textbooks, classrooms, and minds. Currently, technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality are becoming the "translation machine" and "amplifier" of ecological culture. In this regard, attention should be paid to empowering digital intelligence, further activating the secondary dissemination of ecological culture and promoting public co creation.
Finally, we should promote the development of the "ecological culture+" industry, create regional ecological cultural brands, and empower regional economic and social development. Fully tap into the local ecological and cultural historical heritage, leverage the advantages of ecological and cultural resources according to local conditions, and use cultural empowerment to promote the transformation of ecological value into economic value. Deeply explore the humanistic spirit contained in China's excellent traditional ecological culture, promote the integration of ecological culture into local tourism development, launch a number of ecological cultural characteristic tourism boutique routes, and actively develop tourism products that showcase the connotation of ecological culture. In the development of ecotourism in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, Dai culture is deeply integrated with natural landscapes to create unique ecological and cultural tourism products; Jiangsu combines the waterside scenery of the Taihu Lake Lake basin with Wuyue culture to promote regional economic prosperity; The Xixi Wetland in Hangzhou blends the beauty of nature, the charm of culture, and the fun of life, achieving a stunning transformation of traditional culture. In addition, it is necessary to encourage various regions to combine regional culture, cultivate and create distinctive and rich local ecological cultural brands, build strong ecological cultural IP, promote the high-quality development of ecological cultural industries such as ecological civilization themed film and television, art, photography, etc., enhance the modernity and technology of ecological culture, and make the atmosphere of building, governing, and sharing beautiful China stronger.
