From the "unmanned" control room to the "blocked" evacuation passage, from the smoke detector "wearing a hat" to the fire hydrant "cutting off" and rat droppings - these repeated scenes on site are connected to the same fact: fire-fighting facilities are "everywhere", but everywhere "no one knows how to use, no one is on duty, and no one is maintaining". The safety defense line collapsed in repeated "unknown" situations, and the workers on the assembly line ultimately bore the cost.
