Three international robotics giants have put AI in the C position

At the 2026 China International Industry Fair, three international robotics giants, Fanuc, Yaskawa, and KUKA, competed on the same stage. Fanuc brings a generative AI interactive demonstration system, where humans speak and the robotic arm writes its own program; Yaskawa directly inserts the GPU into the control cabinet, allowing the robot to run AI models on its own; KUKA releases Kai Intelligent Platform, aiming to become the intelligent brain of factories.
