Up to 4.35%! Which bank in mainland China or Hong Kong has a higher fixed deposit interest rate for US dollars?

Affected by the Federal Reserve's September interest rate hike, the US dollar fixed deposit rates of foreign banks in mainland China have significantly increased, and the annualized interest rates of multiple products have exceeded 4%. Bank of East Asia, HSBC China, and other banks have set thresholds for new customers, with product interest rates ranging from 3 months to 1 year reaching as high as 4.15%, higher than domestic banks during the same period. The Hong Kong Monetary Authority has simultaneously raised its benchmark interest rate, with some local products having interest rates as high as 4.35%. The minutes of the Federal Reserve meeting show a tightening trend, but weak micro data may affect the pace of interest rate hikes at the end of the year.
