Xilinx officially announced that Wanjie has joined the Mercedes Benz and BMW supercharging camp, with over 600 stations directly connected
On September 30th, Kang Bo, Director and Vice President of Serys Group, announced that from today on, the charging rights of Wanjie will officially be connected to the Yian Qichao charging network jointly built by BMW and Mercedes Benz. There are over 600 Yi'an Qichao charging stations in core commercial districts across the country, and car owners can enjoy shareholder benefits such as a 60% discount on service fees through the "Wenjie Charging App/Mini Program". Yi'anqi's national station signage update will also be launched. This benefit is available to approximately 1.2 million car owners across the entire industry. This is a rare "traditional luxury brand+new force" energy supplement cooperation in the new energy industry. In November 2023, Mercedes Benz and BMW announced the signing of a cooperation agreement to establish a joint venture in China with a 50:50 shareholding ratio to operate a supercharging network. In March 2024, the joint venture company Beijing Yi'anqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established. In April of this year, Yi'anqi announced that Silis would join the company as a new investor, with an equal shareholding ratio to the existing shareholders. The three shareholders would each hold 33.3% of the shares in the joint venture company. Through this equity investment, Wenjie will support the construction of Yi'anqi luxury supercharging infrastructure.
