In September 2026, 13-year-old Chinese driver Liu Shanxu continued training in Valencia, Spain, with the goal of entering Moto3 races in the future. He and his peer Sun Shengbo are both members of the "Genius Plan" of Chunfeng Power. Sun Shengbo has achieved remarkable results, including winning the annual championship of the 190cc category of the FIM MotoMini in 2025, and securing the annual championship of the ESBK Talent category ahead of schedule in 2026. The plan was launched by Chunfeng Power in 2023, aiming to build a complete system covering driver training, racing car development, and event participation. At present, 7 Chinese teenage drivers have been selected to be sent to the European training system jointly established with the Aspar team, exploring feasible paths from basic training to world competitions.
