JD.com launches' 100 Cities, 100 Billion Plan ': to help 100 cities establish a sunshine procurement platform within one year

On September 17, 2026, the JD Government Enterprise Business Sunshine Procurement Development Summit was held in Beijing. JD officially released the "100 Cities, 100 Billion Plan": to work with local state-owned partners in the next year to help 100 cities implement city level sunshine procurement platforms.
