Real estate regulation enters a new stage

Since August, key cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu have intensively optimized their real estate policies, shifting their focus to consumer incentives. Various regions have increased their support for housing provident fund, increased loan quotas, expanded payment scope, introduced interest subsidies, and implemented supporting housing purchase subsidy measures to reduce housing purchase costs and solve the problem of replacement funds. The policy direction has shifted from lifting restrictions to proactive incentives, promoting a new stage of refinement in real estate regulation.
