Asian lithium capital enters the compliance track

As the "Asian Lithium Capital", Yichun, Jiangxi is undergoing a profound lithium mine compliance rectification. Due to the long-term mining of lithium mica with non-metallic mineral certificates in some mines, resource loss and safety hazards have occurred. After the implementation of the new Mineral Resources Law in 2025, the approval authority will be increased, and a large number of mines will stop production and renew certificates, putting short-term pressure on mica lithium extraction. Enterprises are turning to Qinghai Salt Lake or battery recycling channels. Industry insiders pointed out that the Salt Lake Property Rights Certificate is clear and the path is stable, making it a hot spot for cooperation. In the future, domestic lithium resources will form a diversified supply pattern of salt lakes, mica, spodumene, and recycling in parallel. Although the reform of laws and regulations brings pain, it promotes the industry to bid farewell to extensive practices, return to the rule of law, and consolidate the foundation for high-quality development.
