Chalk announces chairman and CEO adjustments, Zhang Xiaolong resigns

On July 8th, Chalk announced that Zhang Xiaolong had resigned from multiple core positions due to personal affairs, but would still provide strategic advice; Sheng Haiyan has officially taken over as Executive Director, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. As an early core member, Sheng Haiyan has 16 years of experience in non degree vocational education and will fully undertake the company's strategic and operational business.
