On the day of the finals, relevant officials and staff from the Public Service Department of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Bureau, as well as partners Qu Miao from King&Wood Mallesons Intellectual Property Department, Bai Jianmin from International Partners, Ye Jianmei from Partners, Qian Qixin, Du Chengyan, Senior Advisor Ma Junhao, and Advisor Jiao Chenen, attended as special guests.

In the preparation stage, four teams will determine the identities of the plaintiff and defendant through drawing lots. Six teaching lawyers, Zhang Siwei, Liu Siyu, Lu Yingyi, Cui Hexin, Wang Yamei, and Cai Wenyuan, will provide targeted pre match coaching for the plaintiff and defendant, including familiarizing themselves with the final rules.

The final consists of two rounds and three intense simulated court trials. The collegiate bench of the mock court is presided over by Lawyer Qu Miao, with Lawyer Ye Jianmei and Lawyer Qian Qixin serving as judges. As students in school, the contestants still lack practical experience in intellectual property litigation. But under the professional and precise guidance of the collegiate bench, they demonstrated excellent on-site performance, good critical thinking ability, and legal literacy with solid professional skills and stable psychological qualities, winning high praise and unanimous appreciation from the on-site judges.
