Several private entrepreneurs have been acquitted, and the Supreme People's Court has released a typical case of retrial for the protection of private enterprise rights and interests

On November 5th, the Supreme People's Court released four typical cases of retrial related to the protection of the rights and interests of private enterprises and private entrepreneurs, including three criminal cases and one civil case, providing judicial guidance for the people's courts to unify the application of laws, accurately grasp policy boundaries, and try similar cases in accordance with the law.
