Liu Chengwei: How do you view the delisting mechanism and its role of listed companies?
Recently, Liu Chengwei, a partner at Global Law Firm and a member unit of the China Association for Market Regulation, stated in the fifth issue of the "China Association for Market Regulation Economic Observation" that the number of delistings has continued to increase in recent years, and the delisting mechanism has gradually become normalized. This is in line with the legislative intention of establishing a sound market, making both listing and delisting normal phenomena, and achieving orderly entry and exit. Liu Chengwei also stated that although the delisting mechanism is relatively sound, continuous reflection and review are still needed in the implementation process to determine whether there is room for improvement.
